The venue was fairly clean, offered good staff and location. The room was cleaned and available with a bath.

It was a fine experience, I liked staff and food. The restaurant was excellent at ground level-serving traditional Norwegian food, I tried hot dishes.
Disappointing aspect was very tiny bathroom.

Appreciated this fairly clean and atmospheric place, exceptional staff and newly remodelled rooms. Ideal and favourable location next to National Museum. Slices of fresh bread, fruit, cereals and cheese for breakfast were yummy and amazing. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Oslo.

Everything was great, including staff and rooms, its good wi-fi. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a particularly nice view. Having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus. In front of a tram stop, easy walk to a supermarket and stores. Besides, the area was pretty nice, next to Karl Johans gate Street.

Had impressive room with comfortable beds and balcony, for instance for a RESTFUL stay. In the morning I had decent tea, coffee, fresh fruit and pastries. I could park the car outside.

The staff was friendly efficient, rooms were usual Stunning view, a beautiful balcony, comfortable bed, too. We loved a continental breakfast. Good value and excellent service. Besides, parking was available onsite.

Location very close to many tourist attractions, including royal palace that is set 10 mins on foot. Frogner district was worth staying in. No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met all requests.
